One of the most coveted styles in Vans Skateboarding’s archives to this day, the Rowley XLT is a 100% preserved replica of the original that nods to the rise of Y2K, shaped by the influential minds at Dime. The tech remains true to 2001, with a durable full synthetic nubuck upper, lightweight cut & buff EVA midsole, custom stabilizing [ROWLEY] heel clip and all the upper padding you forgot was in there.
Dime was born in Montréal from a common thread between a group of skateboarders to Lang fun and creativity. Beginning in 2005, Dime established itself with its skateboarding video projects as a company known for its humor and innovative concepts.

The two brands hosted a pop-up shop in Paris in a custom-built storage container that authentic as a replica of the Dime’s Montreal store. The pop-up was located next to the river Seine and showcased the new Rowley XLT as well as several other Dime pieces. Upon arrival, we were immediately immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of Paris paired with skateboarding. The launch party at the pop-up location featured live DJs, drinks and a nice light show that illuminated the night. It was definitely a vibe. Last but not least, Vans and Dime went all in with skateboarding session at a mystery skate spot. Skaters showcased their skills and shared the universal language of skateboarding, showing that streetwear and skating go hand in hand. The atmosphere was dope, we had a great time watching the action and chatting with the other participants.
It was an amazing weekend in Paris and we’re glad to have had the chance to join the event. Huge thanks to Vans and Dime for inviting us and for the hospitality.
