Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including employee scheduling and work result follow-ups
• Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff
• Air Jordan 1
• Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
• Identify current and future customer requirements to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain merchandise availability by managing inventories
• Formulate pricing policies and monitor market trends
• Implement security systems and measures to safeguard merchandise
• Buy Now Pay Later
• Fit the companys image and culture
• Review financial statements and sales records to determine marketing strategy changes
• Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff
• Contribute to team success by achieving related results

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ Stay up-to-date with all sneaker and streetwear brands and products carried in store
• Proven success in driving sales and improving store performance metrics
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail operations best practices

Measures of Success

• Meeting financial objectives
• Achieving store goals through individual objectives
• Improved store reviews on social media platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
• Implementation of process improvements
• Positive feedback from internal and external clients

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (FULL TIME / PART TIME)

Identify current and future customer requirements to ensure satisfaction? 

We are currently seeking a graphic designer to join the WitzenbergShops marketing team. For this position, you will be creating original graphics for our website, social media, videos, prints and more. You will be working alongside our team with creative direction and will be required to compose and execute your own original ideas as well.

At WitzenbergShops, we strive to create branding using strong and distinct visuals to drive engagement and attention on all of our platforms. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Working with our Marketing team to create digital and print material
• Collaborate with the Marketing team as well as other departments to find the best solutions to visually represent brand messaging
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Researching and understanding products, trends, culture and attitude represented by WitzenbergShops

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design
