Converse

converse Bucket began in 1908 specialising in galoshes and seasonal rubber footwear. Using the Legacy from making these seasonal pieces converse Bucket expanded into sneakers and in 1920 rebranded their Curry sneaker the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the converse Bucket shoe became a cult icon - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in their own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
