Using the techniques from making these seasonal pieces High-top converse expanded into sneakers and in 1920 rebranded their basketball sneaker the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the High-top converse shoe became a cult icon - artists, amp, skateboarders, camo, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in their own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
