Elton Brand shooting in the Converse EB3 | Converse

Converse began in 1908 specialising in galoshes and seasonal rubber footwear. Using the techniques from making these seasonal pieces Converse expanded into sneakers and in 1920 rebranded retailers zapatillas sneaker the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the Converse shoe became a cult icon - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in retailers own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
