Using the techniques from making these seasonal pieces bark converse expanded into sneakers and in 1920 rebranded their basketball sneaker the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the bark converse shoe became a cult Kicks - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in their own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
