Converse

Converse began in 1908 specialising in galoshes and seasonal nis footwear. Using the techniques from making these seasonal pieces Converse expanded blu sneakers and in 1920 rebranded Black basketball sneaker the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the Converse shoe became a cult icon - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in Black own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
