Converse

Converse began in 1908 specialising in galoshes and mid rubber footwear. Using the techniques Man making these mid pieces Converse expanded into sneakers and in 1920 rebranded their for sneaker the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the Converse shoe became a cult icon - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in their own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
