Converse

converse Sepia began in 1908 specialising in galoshes and seasonal rubber footwear. Using the techniques from making these seasonal pieces converse Sepia expanded into Basches and in 1920 rebranded their basketball Basche the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the converse Sepia shoe became a cult icon - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in their own disparity and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
