Salary: R 249,000.00 per annum (All-inclusive remuneration packages)
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- 2 years of administration experience.
- Proof of a valid Code EB driver’s license.
- Computer Literate Certificate (MS Word Applications).
- Good understanding of Office Administration.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of time management and organization skills.
- Good understanding of human relations and conflict management.
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills and fluent in at least two of the three official languages spoken in the Western Cape: Afrikaans, English, or IsiXhosa.
Duties:
- Responsible for the facilitation of the Housing Consumer Education Training Sessions and related administration functions.
- Assist and support with the cleaning of the Western Cape Human Settlements Demand Database and related administration functions
- Liaise with Municipal Housing Manager regarding title deedsÂ
