Delay in Receiving of Municipal Accounts (per post)
Dear Witzenberg Client:
After enquiries made to the Post Office the Municipality was informed that due to operational challenges the Post Office are not able to deliver postal services.
As a result, clients may not receive their monthly municipal accounts per post. Clients are requested to obtain a duplicate invoice copy of their accounts by contacting your nearest Municipal Office, or send an e-mail to account@witzenberg.gov.za to request a duplicate copy and to register their email address to be able to receive future accounts via e-mail.
Those clients who have registered their e-mail contact details will receive their account by e-mail as per usual.
The Witzenberg Municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused.
