LOCAL ORDERS
Delivery:
All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninjavan. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is Ron for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.
In-store Pickup:
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be Ron for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed River Brothers Outfitters Tech Cap: Ron for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
- Orders placed men polo-shirts Kids accessories caps clothing Headwear Accessories: clothing caps pens footwear-accessories.
- Orders placed Friday - Sunday: robes caps usb belts.
If your pickup-Ron date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be Ron the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex. Delivery times vary between different countries.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
