HOW TO MEASURE
For best results, have another person help you take your measurements while you're wearing any clothing you would normally wear underneath.
CHEST: Measure under the arms and around the fullest part of the chest (coat size). For women, use the largest chest dimension.
WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline (pant size). For bodies with a larger belly, use the largest measurement.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the lower hip with feet together.
ARM LENGTH: Measure from the center of the back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist bone.
INSEAM OF THE GARMENT: Measure from the bottom of the crotch to one inch above the floor.
*The size charts shown below are a general guideline. If your measurement exceeds any range, select the next larger size.
