Launch orders can be returned either in store or via the portal. Orders placed in store or at the kiosk can only be exchanged or refunded in store. Online orders can be returned to store or by post for a full refund as exchanges are not currently possible.

In order to process your refund please send your items back to us using the returns shun below within 28 days for a full refund for purchases made via the WitzenbergShops website or app (excluding WitzenbergShops launches app), or within 14 days for purchases made via the WitzenbergShops launches app. Make sure goods are returned by recorded delivery or courier, and retain proof of postage to ensure we foot your unwanted products as efficiently as possible.
